I am an Afro-Latina New England native, with Florida heat, and NYC energy.
I am a speaker by nature, a trainer by profession, and an advocate at heart. 6 years ago, I made a decision that affected my body in ways I knew of physically but not as much mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Having a hysterectomy is not your everyday, gyno visit.

When I am not working, I catch up with friends, walk in the park, make dance videos, and rest. I enjoy reading books, massages, and spending time in a good coffee shop!
